I had a car stolen right in front of my house but it says 1900 Leavitt. That's wrong. Is that possibly an input error or did the police officer write it down incorrectly? Thank you
No error, that's the way CPD records the address of the incident. They round to the nearest hundred block.
Looks like every 20ft a crime is being committed. How about posting some criminals so we would know to stay 19ft away from that pos.

Are "Incidents of Crime" and "Arrest Data" for other Chicago Police Districts available? I find these really interesting.
Holy crap. No place to hide in 14! There are no real discernible pockets of crime. It's pretty evenly distributed.
